Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

The buyer information specified in the order form is valid.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

This contract regulates the terms and conditions regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website, within the framework of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS AND PRICE

The type, quantity, brand, color, and sales price of the products subject to the contract are as specified in the order summary. The products are in the clothing and accessories category.

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately on the order completion screen.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDER AND PAYMENT

4.1. The BUYER is obliged to check the product information, total amount, and delivery address before confirming the order.

4.2. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or wire transfer/EFT.

4.3. If payment is not made or is canceled for any reason, the SELLER is deemed to be released from its delivery obligation.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

5.1. The product will be delivered by cargo within 2-7 business days from the order date.

5.2. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form.

5.3. Delays caused by the cargo company are not the responsibility of the SELLER.

5.4. If damage is detected when receiving the product, the BUYER must have a report prepared by the cargo officer.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, without any justification or penalty.

6.2. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notification to [Email Address] .

6.3. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned within 10 days of the notification. The return shipping cost belongs to the BUYER.

6.4. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Used, washed, or products with compromised hygiene conditions
• Underwear and swimwear products with opened original packaging
• Custom-made or personalized products

ARTICLE 7 – RETURN CONDITIONS

7.1. Products to be returned must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with their tags intact.

7.2. After return approval, the product price will be refunded within 7-14 business days , depending on the payment method.

7.3. For credit card refunds, the duration may vary depending on the bank.

ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

8.1. Products are provided in accordance with Turkish Standards and relevant legislation.

8.2. For products found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, the BUYER may request free repair, replacement with a new one, refund, or discount.

ARTICLE 9 – PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

The BUYER's personal data is protected under KVKK Law No. 6698 and is used only for order processing. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 10 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and the Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes exceeding these limits.

ARTICLE 11 – EFFECTIVENESS

This contract enters into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER and binds both parties. Completion of the order means acceptance of the contract.
