Membership Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement");

(Hereinafter referred to as "Company")

and

User ("Member") who is a member of the www.[your-site-name].com website, has been concluded electronically.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement regulates the conditions for the Member to benefit from all products and services offered by AMIA through its website, membership rights and obligations, and the mutual responsibilities of the parties.

Membership begins when the user registers on the site and becomes effective when they accept the terms of this agreement.

3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

  • The Member accepts and declares that they are over 18 years of age.
  • It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that all information provided during membership is accurate, current, and complete.
  • The Member is responsible for any damages that may arise due to providing false or incomplete information.
  • The Company reserves the right to reject membership applications or terminate existing memberships without stating any reason, when deemed necessary.
  • The Member agrees not to open more than one account and not to transfer their accounts to others.

4. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

  • The Member is obliged to keep their username and password confidential.
  • The Company is not responsible for damages that may arise if the account is used by third parties without authorization.
  • The Member accepts personal responsibility for all transactions made through their account.
  • In case of suspicious use, the Company may temporarily suspend the membership.

5. MEMBER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The Member;

  • agrees to use the Site only for lawful purposes,
  • agrees not to violate the rights of the Company and third parties,
  • agrees not to engage in any activity that may damage the Site's infrastructure,
  • agrees not to share misleading, fake or spam content,
  • agrees to provide accurate information during the ordering processes

6. COMPANY'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

  • The Company reserves the right to change the products, prices, campaigns, and content on the site without prior notice.
  • Access to the site may be temporarily suspended due to technical infrastructure, maintenance, or system updates.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete membership if it detects behavior contrary to the membership conditions.
  • The right to cancel orders is reserved if product stocks are depleted.

7. PRODUCT AND SERVICE CONDITIONS

  • All products offered by AMIA are subject to stock availability.
  • Product images are representative; minor color/tone differences may occur.
  • Pricing may vary based on campaigns, stock, and market conditions.
  • Order confirmation is provided by the Company after stock verification.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK)

  • The Member's personal data is processed in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
  • Necessary information may be stored for membership transactions, order management, and customer services.
  • Personal data is shared with third parties only within the scope of legal obligations.
  • The Member accepts the Privacy Policy and KVKK Clarification Text for detailed information.

9. TERMINATION AND MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

  • The Member has the right to terminate their membership at any time.
  • The Company may unilaterally terminate the membership if behavior contrary to the terms of the agreement is detected.
  • In case of termination, the Member's obligations arising from past transactions continue.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Company cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site.
  • The Company is not responsible for losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet outages, or third-party issues.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All brands, logos, designs, visuals, and content on the site belong to AMIA.
  • The Member may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without permission.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Izmir Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes that may arise from this agreement.

13. EFFECTIVENESS

By registering on the site, the Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of this agreement. The agreement becomes effective as soon as it is approved electronically.
